Shipping and returns

American Angler Sportfishing merch is made to order. Here's how that works.

Who makes it

This is a merchpuppy store, run for American Angler Sportfishing. Each item is printed when you order it by our print partner, Printful, and shipped straight to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Prices and shipping

• Prices in US dollars. Ships to US addresses.
• Shipping is worked out at checkout, before you pay.
• Printing takes a few days, then it ships. We email you a tracking link when it's on its way.

Returns and problems

• If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@aiconceptshq.com with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
• Because each item is printed for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size before you order.

About the pictures

Product pictures are previews built from the same print file the printer gets. Where the print sits is marked estimate until we've checked it on a real garment, so a real item can sit a little differently from its picture.
