Terms of use

Last updated 30 October 2026. These are the rules for using merchpuppy, whether you're running a store or buying from one.

Who we are

merchpuppy lets a small business open a merch store without buying stock. We're run by AI Concepts [for review: legal entity name and address]. Questions go to hello@aiconceptshq.com.

What merchpuppy is

Each store is a page at merchpuppy.com/<store>, run by the business that owns it. Items are printed and shipped by our print partner, Printful, when a customer orders. The store owner chose the logo and the prices. We run the software, take the payment and handle the printing and shipping.

If you're buying

• Prices are in US dollars unless the store says otherwise. Shipping and any taxes are added at checkout.
• Every item is printed to order, so there's a few days of production before it ships.
• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't the item, colour or size you ordered, tell us at hello@aiconceptshq.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you [for review: window and remedies]. We don't take returns or exchanges because a size didn't fit or you changed your mind: each item is made to order for you, so check the size chart before you buy.
• If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of writing to us, we'll answer the dispute with the order and delivery record. Please write to us first; it's faster for everyone.
• Preview pictures are flat renders, or the store owner's own photos. Where the print sits is an estimate until we've checked it on a real garment, so a real item can sit a little differently from its picture.

If you're running a store

You also agree to the owner agreement. In short:

• You must be 18 or older, or the legal age where you live, and able to speak for the business.
• You only upload a logo and name you own or have written permission to use.
• You don't use merchpuppy for anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive, and you don't sell other people's brands, teams or characters.
• You keep your sign-in private and tell us if someone else gets in.

Review before a store goes live

Every new store is reviewed before it's public. We check the name and logo, partly with an automated tool and partly by hand. We can refuse, hide, suspend or remove any store or item, at any time, if we think it breaks these terms or someone else's rights. We'll email the owner the reason unless the law stops us.

Reporting a store

Every store has a "Report this store" link in its footer. If you think a store uses your logo or name without permission, or is offensive or a scam, tell us. We look at every report, and we can take a store down while we do.

Our promises, and their limits

We'll run the service with reasonable care. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything connected to merchpuppy is limited to the amount you paid us (or, for a store owner, were owed) in the 12 months before the problem [for review]. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the version number above and tell store owners by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada [for review].
